01/10/2009 Phoenix Beard’s agency team, headed up by director Christian Smith, is seeing an upturn in enquiries and has just announced three lettings:Three In A Row For Phoenix Beard Agency Team The first is a letting of Unit 4, at Seeleys Park, Tysley, to transport and distribution company Jeavons Eurotir. This is a 29,020 sq ft unit let at £5.50 psf on a 10 year lease. Phoenix Beard acted for Revelan Group and Jeavons acted for themselves. Impulse Bathrooms has let Unit 30 (23,390 sq ft) on Gravelly Industrial Estate at £5 psf on a 10 year lease. Phoenix Beard and DTZ acted for landlord Standard Life. Finally, NaviStar Logistics has let units 32 - 34 at Elmdon Trading Estate (31,935 sq ft) to NaviStar Logistics on a 10 year lease at £5.50 psf. Phoenix Beard and DTZ acted for landlord Standard Life. Commenting on the lettings, Christian said: “We are starting to see a real increase in enquiries compared to a year ago, and these latest lettings do point towards improved confidence in the market. The logistics and construction sectors have been particularly hard hit by the economic downturn, and so the commitment of our clients to 10-year leases shows there is light at the end of the tunnel.” ... |
